I agree with the other reviewer. My son thought he was going to receive Element Tech Decks and he received a random selection. In the future, please make it perfectly clear that the selection may be different from what is pictured. This was extremely upsetting to my son, who spent his own money on the purchase.

Extremly dissatisfied customer of Newbury comicsFeb 10, 2010
I purchased this item for my grandson beleiving the advertisment that he would receive Element tech decks as pictured. He did not. I called Newbury comics headquarters in MA and spoke to a Laura, a customer service rep. I was told that the brand name on the individual tech decks varied and that you get whatever is randomly selected. I inquired as to how I could go about getting "Element" Tech Decks as that was what My Grandson and I expected to receive based on the advertisment on Amazon. I wanted to purchase them. I was told that there was a disclaimer in the Amazon.com advertisment and that there was no way to ensure a specific brand name. I asked to talk to her supervisor Matt. Matt related that they would not provide this service to a customer. I then asked to speak to his supervosor, beleiving that someone who works for this company would realize what "customer service" means.Matt told me that he would not provide me with hie superiors name. I contacted the receptionist at Newbury Comics and was told Allison was his supervisor and that Duncan was Allisons supervisor.I was unable to contact either. Upon returning home, I went to Amazon's web site and found that there is no such disclaimer in the AD as I was able to get to the purchase portion of my Amazon account. VERY BAD WAY TO RUN A COMPANY!!!!!. My guess is that employees of this company are taught that Customer Service are just two words that appear in a dictionary.

I bought these teck deck as a gift. The boy was happy and that was my satisfaction........
